When selecting the ideal Bitrix phone number for a site's contact information, please prioritize and solely include the "WORK/BUSINESS" number.


If the preferred number is not immediately clear, use the following fallback logic:


  • Prioritize any number not labeled "HOME."
  • If multiple options remain, select the first number listed.


Pro Tip: To confirm the client's preferred contact method, cross-reference the number against their legacy website and associated social media accounts.
