Important Announcements of the Week:
➞ CHECK OUT A SIMPLE & QUICK GUIDE TO CORRECT CLIENT ADDRESS FORMATTING
Following up on last week's reminder, we are still seeing some confusion regarding the correct address format for our US-based clients. Please ensure all US addresses follow one of the two standard formats below, including the street number (or P.O. Box), street name, city, state abbreviation, and zip code.
Standard Address Format Examples:
123 Main Street
Springfield, OR 97477
123 Main St.
Springfield, OR 97477
123 Main Street, Springfield, OR 97477
123 Main St., Springfield, OR 97477
Important Formatting Rules:
- Punctuation: All street suffixes (e.g., St., Rd., Ave.) must include a period.
- Country: Do NOT include "USA" or "United States" at the end of the address. Since these are domestic clients, adding the country is unnecessary.
