When reviewing the details of your website deal in Bitrix, one of the first things to check is the comment section.
While it's best practice for everyone to date and pin their comments on the project, this may not always happen smoothly. To ensure nothing is missed, take the time to scroll through and expand all comments. If you encounter any uncertainty about the content of a comment or suspect it was added after the website build began, reach out to a Dev Lead for clarification.
Similarly, if a provided link or drive is broken, leads to a login page, or requires special access, immediately contact the PM for assistance. If that fails, let a Dev Lead know about the issue. By ensuring everyone follows these practices, we can improve client satisfaction and reduce cancellations (churn).
