➞ 2 SIMPLE WORKFLOW REMINDERS: CONNECTING COLLECTIONS & COGNITO FORM LINKS

Recently there have been some recurring issues with site submission and documentation that your Dev Leads would like to clarify, in order to avoid any future delays or confusion.

1. No More "Pre-Check" Stage

To eliminate bottlenecks caused by high site volumes, the "Pre-Check" step was REMOVED from our workflow several months ago. Please double-check that all collections are fully created and connected to your dynamic pages BEFORE submitting your site for Review 1. Incomplete setups will result in an immediate collaboration status.

2. Documenting Cognito Forms in Bitrix

When sharing the link to the editable version of your Cognito form in Bitrix, please make sure to post the /build link. Standard links require Dev Leads to manually log into Cognito and navigate to the correct settings (which we all know can take an eternity), whereas the /build link gives us instant access and speeds up the entire review process.

*** If you need clarification or assistance with any of the above announcements, feel free to reach out to your Dev Leads. ***

ELEVATING CLIENT IMAGERY: USING AI FOR BRAND COHESION

Going that extra 1% on branding and cohesion is one way to step up our website builds. By leveraging AI to adjust lighting, match brand color schemes, and integrate regional elements, we turn raw client assets into high-end, bespoke hero media that seamlessly aligns with our design systems.
