Last week's newsletter included a helpful guide (thanks, John!) on utilizing the "Content Creator" field in Bitrix. This field plays a key role in generating AI-driven content for your website, so it's important to use it correctly:
- Primary Source for AI Content: The information in the "Content Creator" field is the main input for generating AI-driven content for your website. That's why making sure you feed it quality data is key.
- Critical for Accuracy: It's crucial for developers to source, optimize, and/or use tools like ChatGPT (or other AI platforms) to create the best possible company overview and service descriptions.
- Relevance of Project Notes: While using the deal's "Project Notes" from Bitrix to gather information is fine, make sure the information is relevant to the website content itself.
- Exclude Irrelevant Info: Do not include unrelated details about the website's build or design from the "Project Notes", including requested colors, logo ideas, AI video instructions, inspiration sites, etc.
- Ask for Help if Needed: If project notes are unclear, you do not understand what the client/company does, or you're unsure about anything else, reach out to a Dev Lead for assistance before you get too far along in your build!

When Choosing Stock Images
Before selecting video or images for your website build, the first priority is ensuring that you are familiar with the client's location. Understanding the specific city or state where the client operates is crucial to selecting images that are both accurate and relevant, as well as showcase our understanding of their company, the services they provide, and the customers they serve.
UNIQUE architecturE styles, climate, GEOGRAPHY, AND DEMOGRAPHICS:
As many of us are familiar, the above elements can vary vastly from state to state (and even city to city) throughout the USA. That is why it is vital to make sure you do a little research before selecting stock images.
For example, Miami is known for its Art Deco buildings and tropical climate, while the Pacific Northwest (Portland, Seattle, etc.) features lush greenery and cooler, rainier weather.
From HVAC services to real estate, these factors play a big role in the images you choose and should also influence the written content on your site. Using irrelevant stock or AI-generated images or videos can harm a website’s relevance and authenticity, resulting in a loss of client confidence.
