Important Announcements of the Week:

➞ ELEVATING REPLICATE SITE BUILDS: USE AI TO UPSCALE CP/LEGACY IMAGES & ASSETS

Replicate sites are builds where a client wants their current or "legacy" site copied over as precisely as possible into Duda and hosted by our company. While these particular deals don't leave much creative wiggle room, we can still take our design—and client satisfaction—to the next level by ensuring all images and assets are crisp, appealing, and high-resolution.

*** DEV LEAD RECOMMENDATION: Next time you are working on a site, whether it’s a standard build or a replicate, we ask that you please take a moment to run any low-quality images, pixelated logos, or blurry icons through an AI platform (we recommend Gemini). Taking this quick extra step ensures every site looks polished and professional, reflecting the high standard of dedication our team stands for! And stay tuned, a tool to make this all A LOT EASIER is in the works!

*** If you need clarification or assistance with any of the above announcements, feel free to reach out to your Dev Leads. ***

Boost Brand Cohesion: Custom-Tinting for Stock & AI Photos

Customizing stock or AI-generated imagery with a client's brand palette is one of the most effective ways to elevate a website's design from generic to bespoke.

For example, updating a standard stock photo of a nurse in blue scrubs to feature the exact hex codes #53bd89 and #a9dec4 instantly aligns the visual with the client's brand identity.

WHY IT MATTERS:

  • Seamless Visual Cohesion: Ensures photos, headers, and call-to-action buttons share a unified aesthetic across the entire site.
  • Polished & Intentional Look: Eliminates jarring, off-palette stock colors so the overall design feels crafted specifically for the brand.
  • Instant Brand Recognition: Reinforces the client's visual identity for visitors the moment they land on the page.

(Note: For the accompanying example graphic, stock/brand images were pulled from Canva and Google.)

HOW TO DO IT:

I uploaded the image into Gemini using a simple prompt:

"Incorporate the hex colors #53bd89 and/or #a9dec4 into the male nurse's scrubs, replacing the original blue outfit."

THE FINAL RESULT:

This quick update immediately reinforces brand recognition for the visitor. Taking it a step further, you could even incorporate the business’s logo onto the uniform for an ultra-customized finish!
