➞ REVIEWING EXPECTATIONS FOR SUBMITTING DOUBLE (+) SITES TO "PRE-CHECK"
Due to popular demand, we allow our freelance developers to submit their double sites (with multiple keywords and locations) earlier in the checking process. This step, called 'Pre-Check,' is designed to save everyone time.
During the 'Pre-Check' stage, a Dev Lead will review and approve the site while it's still in progress. Once approved, the developer can proceed with connecting the dynamic pages. The goal is for the site to move smoothly through the Lime stage in Bitrix and reach the Blue (Final Review) stage more efficiently.
However, this process relies on developers ensuring the site is as polished as possible before submission. If the 'Pre-Check' phase starts slowing things down or if Dev Leads are doing excessive clean-up during this review stage, we may need to revise the process and potentially remove 'Pre-Check' from our QC workflow.
So, please do your part when requesting a 'Pre-Check' for your site and make sure it is as close to finished as possible before you submit it. And as always, if you need help getting your site to this step, reach out to any Dev Lead!

Ensuring Site Accuracy for Our Clients: AI Spokesperson Video Best Practices
To deliver the best possible results when creating AI Spokesperson videos, every Veo3 video clip must be crafted with intention. Use detailed demographic information in the customization field found in the Veo3 Prompt Generator to ensure the final video feels authentic and aligns with the client's brand.
👥 Demographics & Representation
- Match the Client: Do not mismatch representation. AI video thumbnails and scenes should always reflect the actual business owner or the clients served.
- Stay Authentic: Avoid “over-diversifying” AI videos when it doesn’t align with the client’s real audience. The footage should look like a natural fit for their specific business, as well as the customers they serve.
👀 Visual Accuracy & Detail Review
- Check the Spokesperson: Always make sure there are no uncanny details in the video, especially when it comes to the eyes or physical movements of the spokesperson that look unnatural or are distracting.
- Scan the Background: Look for and eliminate any unrealistic elements or events going on in the background of the generated video clips.
🔊 Audio & Noise Reduction
- Clean Up the Audio: Despite our best (and ongoing) efforts, the clips generated by Veo3 often have distracting background sound effects or music. These should be dealt with and minimized as much as possible.
- Potential Solutions: Turning on the Noise Reduction feature in the WeVideo editor for each individual clip can usually take care of any issues. However, if this is not working, check out this alternative solution. (Scroll down to see the tutorial on using vocalremover.org)
🚀 Final Export & Duda Upload
Once the video has been double-checked for the above issues and polished, follow these steps to make it go live:
- Upload to Vimeo: Upload your final rendered video from WeVideo to the company's Vimeo account.
- Create an Optimized Thumbnail: This can be done in Vimeo or by taking a high-quality screenshot. Either way, the thumbnail should be a flattering and accurate representation of the company's owner or clientele. It is also ideal if the company name and phone number are visible in the chosen thumbnail, but these can be added in post-production , if needed.
- Add the Video to Your Site: Copy the
direct URL or share a
generated link directly from
Vimeo. Place that link or embedded HTML code into the appropriate field in
Duda's Video Widget and customize it with your chosen, optimized
thumbnail.
